Our Policies

• No smoking and no pets allowed
• 2 bedroom luxury condo: Maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children
• There is a 4 night minimum stay policy in the spring and fall.
• There is a  5 night minimum stay policy in the summer,  and winter.
• Sat to Sat rentals are preferred in the summer
• 50% deposit of the rent is required to complete the booking (excludes the refundable security/damage deposit).
• The balance is due 1 month prior to check in date (including the refundable security/damage deposit).
• A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required.
• We accept payments by: INTERAC Email Money Transfer  or Personal Cheque or Money Order or Cashiers Cheque or Cash
• GST of 5% will be added to the daily or weekly rates

The Fine Print

• If you cancel anytime, all payments (less $50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
• Cancellations greater than 30 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of deposit paid if unit is not re-rented (excluding the refundable security/damage deposit).
• Cancellations within 30 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of all monies paid if unit is not re-rented (excluding the refundable security/damage deposit).
