We invite you to spend your vacation at Okanagan Falls in the sunny southern Okanagan, located between Oliver and Penticton, just off Highway 97. The area offers numerous activities for all ages and is very popular in the summer with swimmers, sunbathers, windsurfers, boaters, triathletes, golfers and waterskiers.   Discover the sandy beaches, parks and picnic areas.  In winter ski at the Apex Mountain Resort or Mount Baldy, just 40 minutes away.

Come and stay in our tastefully furnished new 2 bedroom top floor (with elevator) luxury condo.  Enjoy this home away from home with all the modern conveniences (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, Ceran top stove etc.) On those hot summer days cool off with the built-in air conditioning, and during the mild winter months snuggle up by the gas fireplace.

On the south western side where Skaha Lake meets the Okanagan River, you will find our development Riverside Court. Our building is the newest of the three building complex which is just footsteps away from the the Okanagan River, Skaha Lake, TransCanada Trail, Lions Gardens and the restored Okanagan Falls Trestle Bridge.

In Okanagan Falls, visitors can sample delicious goodies at Tickleberry Products; tour Okanagan Dried Fruits; develop their connoiseur palette at Hawthorne Mountain Vineyard , Blasted Church ,  Blue Mountain Vineyard and Stags Hollow Vineyard, to name but a few.

Walk or bike along the TransCanada/Kettle Valley trail which meanders past the Lions Garden and over the trestle bridge, crossing the Okanagan River.  On your way stop and watch the birds and geese in the local pond, then continue onto the bridge where you will usually find children and adults alike jumping into the sparkling depths of refreshing Skaha Lake. A few feet on try your luck and drop a line over the trestle bridge into the recently stocked Skaha Lake!
